How to Make Mega Realistic UGC VIDEOS With AI

Seedance 2.5 + ChatGPT Images 2.5 is a ridiculously powerful combo for making AI UGC that looks like normal phone-shot content.
ChatGPT Images 2.5 gives you the realistic person and starting frame. Seedance 2.5 turns that into a full video with movement, dialogue, product interaction and natural camera behavior.
And this workflow makes the whole process simple enough that almost anyone can use it.
First, look at this video made with @MaxfusionAI :
Now let me show you exactly how to make something like this.
Step 1: Set up the UGC workflow
First, download the project files here: DOWNLOAD
There are 7 files inside.
Upload files 01 to 06 to the Sources/Knowledge section of your project.
Then open 00_INSTRUCTIONS.md, copy everything inside it and paste it into the system/project instructions.
Save the project with any name you want.
Something like:
MEGA REAL AI UGC
You can set this up inside ChatGPT or Claude. You can also turn the same workflow into your own GPT if you prefer using it that way.
Once this is saved, you don't need to build complicated Seedance prompts yourself every time.
The workflow does most of that work for you.
But before using it, we need a good starting image.
Step 2: Generate a realistic AI person
A believable image is the baseline for believable AI UGC.
If your starting image already looks like AI, turning it into a video usually won't magically fix that.
So how do you generate images like these?

It's actually pretty simple.
First, go to Pinterest and find a casual photo with the kind of framing, pose, camera angle or environment you want.
You are mainly using it as a visual framing reference, not trying to copy that person's exact identity.
Upload that image to ChatGPT Images 2.5 and use this prompt tag:
/detailed-image-2-text-prompt
ChatGPT will break the image down into a detailed image-generation prompt.
Copy that prompt, change anything you want about the person, clothes, location or other details, and generate your new image.
That's it.
Repeat this with different casual reference images and you can quickly build a collection of realistic AI creators.

Step 3: Give everything to the workflow
Now open the UGC workflow you saved earlier.
This workflow is not mainly designed to create your creator images. I recommend making those with the method above first.
Once you have the creator image, upload it to the workflow.
Then give it whatever information you already have.
For example, you can give it:
- your creator image
- product image
- video length
- rough video idea
- script
- hook
- location
- UGC style
- reference video
- any special instructions
You don't need to provide everything.
That is one of the useful parts of this workflow.
It first reads everything you already gave it and only asks for something when it actually needs it.
So you could simply say:
“Make me a 20-second skincare UGC video with this creator and this product. Choose the angle for me.”
Or you could give it the entire script and idea yourself.
The workflow adapts to both.
Before writing the final Seedance prompt, it gives you a quick creative draft with the:
angle → hook → script → video flow
You can then tell it to change the hook, rewrite the script, use a different angle, change the scene, slow down the pacing or adjust anything else.
Once everything looks good, tell it to continue.
It will turn that idea into a proper Seedance 2.5 production prompt with things like timestamped actions, reference mapping, product consistency, creator consistency, camera behavior, audio and natural UGC details.
This is where most of the annoying prompt work disappears.
Step 4: Generate the video in MaxFusion AI
Now copy the final video prompt generated by the workflow.
Open MaxFusion AI and select Seedance 2.5.
Upload the reference materials mentioned in your prompt.
For example:
- creator image
- product image
- room/location image
- reference video
- other visual references
Choose your video length and paste the prompt.
Then hit generate.
For longer videos, the workflow can also divide the idea into connected generations so the next clip continues from the previous one instead of feeling like a completely different video.
After generation, check the face, hands, product, dialogue and continuity.
If only one small part is wrong, you don't always need to rebuild the whole video. You can tell the workflow exactly what went wrong and have it create a focused correction prompt.
And you're done.
You now have a full system for going from:
idea → realistic creator → script → Seedance prompt → final UGC video
without manually engineering every prompt from scratch.
BONUS: Recreate the structure of a reference video
Here's another useful thing you can do with Seedance 2.5 inside MaxFusion AI.
Instead of starting from nothing, use an existing video as your motion and scene reference.
Upload the video to MaxFusion as something like @video1.
Then upload the creator you want to use as @image1.
You can give Seedance a simple natural-language edit like this:
> Replace the character in @video1 with the person from @image1. Keep the same actions, timing, camera movement, framing, environment and overall scene unchanged.
Now imagine you want to change more than the person.
You could upload:
@video1 — original reference video
@image1 — your new creator
@image2 — your new room
@image3 — your product
Then prompt:
> Edit @video1. Replace the character with the person from @image1. Place her inside the room from @image2 and make her hold and interact with the product from @image3. Keep the original actions, timing, camera movement and general video structure unchanged. at 3s she says, "guys... i just love these gummies"
You can use the same idea to change the person, product, clothing, background or other parts of a video while keeping the parts you like.
The important thing is to tell the model clearly:
what should change + which reference should replace it + what must stay unchanged.
That simple structure makes these edits much easier to control.
And that's the complete workflow.
You create the realistic base image with ChatGPT Images 2.5, use the project to build the UGC concept and Seedance prompt, then generate and edit the final video inside MaxFusion AI.
