How We Engineer $100K+/Mo B2B Content Strategies on LinkedIn

We've built the LinkedIn content strategy for over 100 B2B founders. $4M+ in tracked client revenue. $950K+ added to client MRR.

None of it happened by accident. Every client gets the same strategic architecture, customized to their niche, voice, ICP, and proof points. This is the full teardown.
Phase 1: the Research Layer (Before a Single Title Gets Written)
The content strategy starts with research, not ideation. The research layer runs on Fable 5 through Claude cowork. Four parallel tasks execute simultaneously:
Task 1: competitor content audit.
Analyze the last 30-60 posts of the top 3-5 competitors. Which posts generated genuine ICP engagement, what topics their audience responds to, and where the white space is that nobody is covering.
Task 2: ICP signal mining. Review comment sections, community posts, and DM conversations to surface the exact language the ICP uses to describe their problems right now. Verbatim phrases become hooks.
Task 3: trending topic identification. Scan for 3-5 trending topics or recent events adjacent to the niche with execution windows of 7-14 days.
Task 4: content performance analysis. Analyze the top 30 performing posts in the niche from the last 30 days. Which hook structures work, which formats outperform, where the content gaps are.
Phase 2: Content Pillar Architecture
Every client gets 4-6 content pillars. Not topics, strategic positions. Recurring themes that anchor the weekly content to specific beliefs the ICP holds that need to change before they buy.
Phase 3: Funnel Stage Mapping (the Weekly Seven)
We implement this simple funnel across all our clients:

- 2 TOF (problem-unaware): belief shifts, contrarian takes, algorithm changes
- 2 MOF (problem-aware): methodology breakdowns, AI tool walkthroughs, psychology
- 1 BOF (solution-aware): specific client case study with real numbers
- 1 MOF AI giveaway: high-value resource requiring comment and connection
- 1 BOF giveaway: proof-backed resource demonstrating the system
The ratio is deliberate. 2 posts fill the funnel. 2 posts nurture. 1 converts. 2 build the email list.
Phase 4: How AI Sits Inside the Production System
- Fable 5 for research: Competitor audits, ICP language mining, trend identification, demand validation
- Sonnet 5 for production: Persistent skill file governing voice and anti-slop rules. Full week generates in 30 minutes.
- Chatgpt images 2.0 for visuals: Proof screenshots, preview cards, hook graphics, stat cards
- Notion MCP for operations: Finished content pushes directly into the content dashboard, every piece tagged and tracked
The AI produces 80% of the volume. A human editor produces 100% of the quality control.
Phase 5: the Conversion Layer (What Most Content Agencies Ignore)
Most content agencies produce posts and stop. We build three conversion mechanisms in parallel:
Lead magnet compounding: Every commenter gets a DM within 24 hours delivering the resource via email opt-in. The email list starts building immediately.
Profile view signal capture: Visitors who view the profile 3+ times in 7 days get a warm connection request and follow-up. Response rate: 30-50%.
Email nurture sequence: 5-email welcome sequence then 2 value emails + 1 direct sell per week.
Why This Is a Different Problem Than Most Founders Realize
The research takes 3-4 hours per week. Content production 2-3. Editing 1-2. Lead magnet resources 2-3. DM layer 30-60 minutes daily. Profile view signals 15-30 minutes daily. Email management 1-2 hours per week.
Total: 15-20 hours per week. Every week. The founder running a $50K-$200K/month business does not have this time to dedicate to one marketing channel.
The system works. Execution consistency is the variable. And that's what we sell.
If you want us to audit your B2B SaaS or agency and show you how we'd implement this exact LinkedIn system to add $15K-$50K to your MRR in 90 days (or work for free until you do), DM me "Li" and we'll make it happen
