I stopped trying to keep up with crypto news

There is so much coming at you from all angles that I decided to flip the way I look at it, so it's not something you can ever stay really on top of, but rather looking at knowledge as a stream you step into.
Some days I skim the surface, other days something captures my attention and I dive in and end up far downstream. With AI you can even have a true counterparty to discuss a topic without relying on anyone being available to talk to you at the exact moment you need it.
Understanding does not come from volume, it comes from reflection. One good book beats out thousands of essays.
The stream also changes with you. I reread things years later and they say something new, without a single word changing in the original text.
The benefit is that when you accept you will never drink it all, the anxiety of keeping up goes away and you're left with the good part: the moments when your curiosity connects with something flowing by.
There is no finish line, only a rhythm: approach, pause, return.
