How to Seduce Your Subconscious Into the Success You Deserve

How to Seduce Your Subconscious Into the Success You Deserve
Welcome back to your weekly subconscious upgrades.
Firstly, I know how frustrating it is.
To carry the weight of decisions no one else sees. To wake up already exhausted from the conversation you’ve been having with yourself all night.
And the longer it goes on, the more it feels like the harder you try to fix it, the worse it gets.
This is why I made this training.
Of course you’ve heard every piece of advice out there.
You’ve probably tried every method, every podcast, every book. I’m sure you’ve felt the disappointment of trying something new and watching it fade by Wednesday.
Believe me, I see you which is why I know you’re not lazy, and you’re not broken.
The truth is, you’re someone with high standards, high ambition without learning how to communicate with these powerful forces of the psyche.
Why Force Backfires
You probably already know you lack control over your life because you cannot control what happens inside your head.
As a result, the more you try to control it, the more your mind resists and acts out.
And here’s what most get wrong.
They try to discipline themselves. They try to use more authority, more willpower, to force themselves to get what’s done.
But if you’re ambitiously minded, that backfires because your mind has been rewarded by following its own instinct. Trying to file it down and discipline it will not work. Rebel archetype.
> Everything you want in life is on the other side of you and your subconscious mind working together.
Just picture that for a second.
Suppose you want to achieve a new financial ceiling like my client who hit a million a month.

Or perhaps you want to stop procrastinating on the things that fill you with joy: the things that, once you do them, give you glimpses into your potential. It’s amazing. You feel wonderful.
Or maybe it’s that you’re overcome with anxiety in social situations. You can’t sleep at night because situations keep circling your head. You feel like people don’t respect you anymore, because they can see the physical anxiety on you.
Whatever it is every solution is you and your subconscious mind working together.
> In other words it’s building a relationship between the two.
And once you understand this, and put it into practice with what I’m going to show you building on the previous weeks and today you will rebuild that partnership.
It’s almost like two people playing together to reach the same goal.
It’s automatic.
First, the Foundation
Your mind has to respect what you have to say. Because right now, it probably doesn’t.
And the more you say to yourself, “we need to do this, we have to do this” and you don’t do it. The more you believe “I can’t be like this anymore” and you don’t make the change.
As a consequence, it just reinforces that you have no leverage. No authority. Your subconscious doesn’t respect you.
Let this all sink in for a moment.
You must honour those innate instincts, intuitions and desires.
Regardless of how insecure they make you feel.
(Important to note: Must go through an extensive awarness/detox journey to decipher between impusle/instinct.
Impulse: destructive force, uses fear, anger, grief, loneliness to manipulate you into indulging in euphoric actions with later negative consequences
Instinct: The deeper, more aligned, positive actions that build self-trust, confidence and reliance.
Fail to distinguish between the two, and you will deepen the cycle of shame, worry and self betrayal)
This is a process in itself. One I will write an extensive guide on in the coming months.
For now, just keep this question in mind:
Instinct or Impulse?
Breaking the Cycle
Going back to last week: Relaxation.
We bring the guard down. The logic. The heaviness. The tension.
And we just get used to relaxing.
And as you begin to breathe slower, your mind begins to remember what the feeling of calm is like.
Physiologically, this changes your brain waves, your heart rate. You enter a more peaceful, restorative state of mind.
And from that place, you can make changes in the subconscious.
But let’s think of it differently.
> Think of it like calming down an old friend. You’ve had some issues, and you’re just settling things, so you can reason with each other again.
This is only the first half, once it’s calm, we suggest an improved way forward.
Suggestion — How You Seduce the Mind
Now, I can almost hear your mind saying but what if just breathing doesn’t work for me?
Maybe your body reacts. Maybe just breathing doesn’t do it for you.
Because once again your subconscious still doesn’t respect your word.
For this reason, this week we are going to use suggestion.
Because suggestion is how you seduce your mind into getting what you want.
I want you to go deep into your own mind and visualise this. I want you to understand this principle.
Pay close attention.
How you persuade other people is just a reflection of how you persuade your own mind.
Persuasive people. Influential, seductive, attractive people. Charismatic people.
They are that way because, naturally, that’s how they speak to themselves whether unconsciously, or because they’ve learned it consciously.
So now you have to choose between carrying on the cycle, or breaking it.
Number one remove the words I have, I should, I need to.
Listen closely:
These words are a reaction to not having authority or control. You try to discipline yourself out of anger and out of frustration.
But you’re probably in a cycle of this and here’s how we break it.
With this in mind, we return to the foundation.
Number two: Seduction
> You want to seduce your mind into whatever it is you want. Into the thoughts you desire. You show it. You suggest it. You seduce it with imagery and emotion. You make it exciting, like it’s its own idea and allow it to latch on.
- Use persuasive language
- Implant imagery into your unconscious
- Seduce it with possibility
- •Show it a future where things feel easier
- •Design your life to reflect this
- Playfully flirt and laugh off doubt & negativity
- LEARN to be internally charismatic.
- Study charisma. NLP. Then apply to your internal monologue.
In doing so, there’s zero resistance.
You’re attracted to the things you want to do.
It listens.
It respects you.
