How we grew Okara from 0 to 300k monthly visitors

here's what worked for us

1. we picked three channels where our icp spent time and where we had expertise.

we chose x, seo and influencer marketing on x and tiktok

instead of trying to be everywhere, we focused on the channels we understood best.

2. we decided on the content types for each channel

4. we built seo pages for each agent

seo agent, reddit agent, influencer agent and more.

5. we reached out to influencers who could create content about our brand.

we started at a $5 cpm and negotiated up when needed. we calculated each creator's rate based on their average views.

to find content ideas, we searched relevant keywords on instagram and tiktok like "marketing" and "claude marketing"

we noticed that videos using "claude killed xyz" format were consistently going viral.

so we doubled down on it and asked creators to create videos about how okara killed marketing agencies

6. we built comparison and alternative pages for every competitor

we also published educational posts targeting keywords our icp searches for, high-volume, low-competition keywords etc.

7. by doing all of the above, we earned backlinks from blogs, newsletters, and other websites. many creators created organic videos about us.

our users discovered our affiliate program and started promoting okara.

8. we doubled down on what worked

every 30-60 days, we reviewed performance across every channel. we cut what wasn't working and doubled down on what was
