Steal My $600,000 Per Month Email Marketing Strategy (With Real Examples)

This is the email strategy we used to make $8,000,000 in 2026.
We just send these 4 simple emails:
- Value
- Indirect
- Direct
- Gated Value
1. Value Email
This is also known as an Evergreen Newsletter.
It's a purely educational email that gives subscribers free value with no pitch in the body.
This just has 1 job:
Build trust with one reader at a time, at scale.
So, when a sales email eventually lands, the reader remembers and trusts us.
It's the longest of the 4 emails. And we usually teach a framework or method broken into a few clear sections.
The only "ask" lives in the PS.
To help you get started, Dickie Bush (my business partner) wrote an Article to help you write your first 10 Evergreen Newsletters:

2. Indirect Email
This is a mix of education and a gentle upsell.
It targets one of 3 things:
- A faulty belief they hold
- An objection the reader has
- Or a transformation they want
Indirect Emails teaches around these topics so the reader walks away understanding exactly what our offer unlocks for them.
The "sale" feels like a byproduct of a useful lesson.
Not a pitch.
Here’s an example of what an Indirect Email looks like:

3. Direct Emails
These are short, confident "pitches."
Usually 300–500 words, asking the reader to take one clear next step:
- Apply
- Book a call
- Buy at checkout
It just depends on what your offer is.
But there is NO teaching done in a Direct Email.
The reader already knows the offer.
And this email's only job is to move them to act.
It's one of our top money-making emails.
Here’s an example I sent the other day:

4. Gated Value
This is an email whose entire job is to "sell the click" to a free lead magnet.
The body makes a free asset so appealing the reader:
- Clicks the link to download it
- Lands on a page where they re-enter their email
- That then redirects to a subtle page with the next step
This email itself doesn't sell the paid product.
It just sells the free thing hard enough to earn the click.
With the soft call to action to your offer saved for the PS at the end.
Here’s an example I sent this past Sunday:

This is the email strategy we used to make $8,000,000 in 2026.
