in this article i'll teach you how a quiz funnel is built and why it converts.

i'll show you the exact structure behind the ones crushing the health and supplement space.

after you're doing reading this you'll be able to build one for your product.

friction is no longer a constraint.

the rule in dropshipping was to remove steps.

you sent traffic from the ad to the product page, then from the product page to checkout... no add to cart buttons because it costed a click.

that rule was written for buyers who:

  1. only saw a small number of competitors.

  2. only saw a small number of scams.

today all buyers have seen both.

awareness of scams has changed what the buyer needs before they spend.

they need education.

they need to see your product is better than the alternatives.

quiz funnels are built to deliver those before the buyer reaches your product page.

now i'll show you how the structure works and how to build one.

all i ask if that you bookmark this article.

let's begin.

what is a quiz funnel?

a quiz funnel is a purchase path where the buyer never sees your brand until they've already been sold.

the sequence has four parts.

  1. buyer sees your ad.

  2. they click through to a page that carries the name of a person or publication.

  3. on that page they answer a short quiz about themselves and their problems.

  4. At the end they're given one product and a discount, then sent to the product page to purchase it.

Four screens is all it takes to convince them.

the page.

the page the ad points to does not carry your brand name or logo.

it carries the name of a health journal, a doctor, holistic healer, etc.

the whole funnel is built to be anti-advertising.

it's solely information based.

the copy.

the ad and the page run on long native copy.

native copy is long text that speaks about the buyer's problem in their own language... names what they feel and describes their day-to-day.

native works here because it doesn't read like a product description.

they'll agree with whatever diagnosis you give them.

the quiz.

keep the quiz around 10 questions.

ask their age, problem they have, how they feel about themselves, what they've tried before, anything that pushes them over the edge.

give them options instead of leaving open fields.

the buyer is still inside the frame of the doctor or health journal so the questions read as intake rather than salesy.

buyer tells the page who they are.

page tells the buyer what they need.

the result.

the final screen tells the buyer their result is being prepared.

then one product is presented.

buyer doesn't know that there was only ever going to be one product, they believe the recommendation was produced by their specific answers.

present the product with a deadline discount.

frame it as a partnership between the publication and the brand.

"50% off before midnight"

then they buyer is redirected to the product page.

and you've already educated them so they're ready to buy now.

how does this funnel remove doubts?

every buyer arrives with the same 3 doubts... this funnel solves them:

doubt 1 -> whether this is an ad or not.

the page name resolves this before the buyer reads anything.

doubt 2 -> whether this applies to them or not.

the native copy resolves this because you explain their problems.

doubt 3 -> whether this product is right or not.

the quiz resolves this because it's recommended based on their answers.

who does this work on?

this structure works best on buyers who are 45+.

buyers in that group grew up shopping in physical stores, their standard experience of buying something was being served by someone else.

online buying removed the person.

so older buyers like the format they know.

a quiz funnel gives them a practitioner who speaks to them, asks questions about their needs, and presents the single best product for them.

how to build a quiz funnel.

1. research the avatar.

pull the language from reddit or amazon reviews, compile the comments where people describe how they suffer on the day-to-day.

2. write the narrative.

write the long form copy before doing anything else. this is the bread and butter of the entire funnel and what will hold the buyer through.

3. build the publication page.

put the native on a page that looks like a health journal or practitioner site and add images the buyer can see themselves in.

4. build the quiz.

include 10-15 questions covering everything and add multiple choice.

5. build the result screen.

prepare the results and present the one product you want them to buy with a discount and deadline.

6. redirect to the product page.

this is where the transaction happens. don't even need to sell.

go implement this.
