> In 2026, building a company no longer requires an office, a large team, or six months of development.

One person can now build the product, automate operations, attract customers, and run the infrastructure using AI and public GitHub projects.

I selected 25 repositories that can help you:

> Build an AI product without starting from zero > > Automate work normally handled by a small team > > Launch, analyze, and support a real SaaS > > Control more of your infrastructure and data

This is not another collection of random AI demos.

It is a practical stack for building a one-person AI company

TOP 1–7: BUILD THE AI CORE

1. langgenius/dify - ⭐153.7K

What it gives you: A visual platform for creating AI workflows, agents, knowledge bases, and RAG applications.

You can prototype the logic visually and expose it through an API instead of building the entire AI backend yourself.

2. simstudioai/sim -⭐29.5K

What it gives you: A workspace for building, deploying, and monitoring AI agents.

It combines visual workflows, integrations, schedules, knowledge bases, and self-hosting.

3. langflow-ai/langflow -⭐153.8K

What it gives you: A visual environment for assembling and deploying AI agents and workflows.

Useful for testing product ideas before investing time in a completely custom system.

4. run-llama/llama_index -⭐51.9K

What it gives you: Infrastructure for connecting AI models to documents, databases, and private data.

A strong foundation for research assistants, document search, support bots, and knowledge products.

5. vercel/ai -⭐26.5K

What it gives you: A TypeScript toolkit for building AI applications and interfaces.

Use it to add streaming chat, tool calls, structured outputs, and generative UI to a web product.

6. crewAIInc/crewAI -⭐57.7K

What it gives you: A framework for orchestrating teams of specialized AI agents.

Instead of relying on one enormous prompt, you can assign research, writing, analysis, and verification to different agents.

7. browser-use/browser-use -⭐111.5K

What it gives you: Browser control for AI agents.

It can power products that navigate websites, collect information, test online services, or complete repetitive web workflows.

TOP 8–12: TURN THE IDEA INTO A PRODUCT

An AI demo is not a business.

You still need authentication, payments, customer management, scheduling, and feedback.

8. wasp-lang/open-saas -⭐15.7K

What it gives you: A SaaS starter with authentication, payments, email, file uploads, background jobs, and a landing page.

A practical foundation for turning a small AI utility into a subscription product.

9. supabase/supabase -⭐108.5K

What it gives you: A Postgres development platform with authentication, storage, realtime features, and APIs.

It lets a solo developer build a serious backend without managing every component separately.

10. twentyhq/twenty -⭐55.7K

What it gives you: A customizable CRM for managing leads, customers, opportunities, and communication.

Your agents may generate leads, but you still need a system that prevents those leads from disappearing.

11. calcom/cal.diy -⭐48K

What it gives you: Self-hostable scheduling infrastructure.

Use it for product demos, onboarding calls, interviews, consultations, or paid appointments.

12. formbricks/formbricks -⭐12.8K

What it gives you: A survey and user-feedback platform.

Use it to discover why people abandon onboarding, which features they want, and whether your product solves a real problem.

A one-person company only works when routine tasks do not consume the founder’s entire day.

13. n8n-io/n8n -⭐202.6K

Connect sign-ups, payments, email, CRM records, reports, and AI agents into complete workflows.

Use it when an AI job takes minutes rather than seconds or must retry safely after a failure.

15. windmill-labs/windmill -⭐17.7K

What it gives you: A platform that turns scripts into workflows, internal tools, webhooks, and interfaces.

It helps convert small pieces of code into reusable operational systems.

16. firecrawl/firecrawl -⭐173.4K

What it gives you: Tools for searching, scraping, and converting websites into AI-ready data.

It can become the collection layer for research, monitoring, lead enrichment, and knowledge-base products.

THE PRACTICAL ONE-PERSON STACK

You do not need to install all 25 projects.

A realistic starting stack could be:

> Open SaaS for the product foundation > > Supabase for data and authentication > > Dify for AI workflows > > n8n for business automation > > Twenty for customer relationships > > Chatwoot for customer support > > PostHog for product analytics > > LiteLLM and Langfuse for AI operations > > Coolify for deployment

That is enough infrastructure to build, launch, monitor, and improve a serious AI product without assembling a conventional team first.

But remember:

Public code is not the same as zero cost.

You still pay for hosting, model usage, maintenance, security, and your own time. Some projects also use modified or source-available licenses, so always review the license before commercial deployment or redistribution.

The real advantage is not “free software.”

It is leverage.

One person can now combine mature building blocks into a product that previously required separate engineering, automation, analytics, support, and infrastructure teams.
