How I Run 7 AI Characters With 4 VAs and Make $70K-$100K a Month. (Full Breakdown)

Everyone in this space is stuck on the same question: how do I build an AI character?
Wrong question.
The character is the easy part. I built my first one in an afternoon. The real question is what happens when one character works and you want seven.
That's where 99% of people hit a wall. They're still filming, editing, writing, and posting everything themselves. One person. One character. Maybe three videos a day if they're disciplined.
You cannot get to $100K a month that way. The math doesn't work.
Here's what actually does.
The setup: 4 VAs, 7 accounts, 30 videos a day
I have four virtual assistants. I hired all of them from OnlineJobs.ph.
They do everything except upload the videos. Scripts, faces, voices, video generation, editing, thumbnails. All of it.
The characters are different from each other. Seven accounts, seven different personas across health, wealth, and spirituality. Each one has its own face, voice, story, and audience.
Between them, we put out around 30 videos every single day.
I don't touch most of it anymore.
The part nobody does: I built a course for my own VAs
This is the step that separates this from every other "hire a VA" advice you've read.
I didn't hire people and hope they'd figure it out. I built a complete internal course teaching them exactly how to do every part of the job. How to write a script using my formulas. How to generate a face that stays consistent. How to produce a talking video. How to spot when something's off.
It took time to build. It was the single highest-leverage thing I've ever done.
Because now, when I hire someone new, I don't train them. I hand them the course. They're producing at my standard within days.
A VA without a system is a liability. A VA with a system is an asset.
The costs, honestly
VAs: $4,000/month
Tools and video generation: $4,000/month
Total: $8,000/month to run the whole operation.
Revenue: $70K-$100K/month consistently.
That's the entire business on one page. Most people would guess the overhead is way higher, or that there's some huge team behind it. There isn't. Four people from the Philippines, a stack of AI tools, and a system.
Why 7 accounts instead of one big one
This is the part people get wrong.
Everyone tries to build one massive account. It's fragile. One ban and you're at zero. I've had characters banned. It's happened more than once.
Seven different characters means:
Seven different audiences
Seven different income streams
Seven different niches, so a downturn in one doesn't kill you
If one gets banned, the other six keep paying
Diversification isn't just a finance thing. It applies to attention too.
The money doesn't come from the videos
Here's what most people never understand.
The 30 videos a day don't make the money. They're the top of a funnel.
Front end: digital products. Ebooks, guides, low-ticket offers from each character's link in bio.
The middle: every single buyer goes onto an email list. This is the most valuable thing in the entire business. Platforms can ban you. They cannot take your email list.
Back end: subscriptions and mid-ticket offers sold to the people who already bought once and trusted the character enough to buy again.
A viewer costs nothing. A buyer is worth something. A repeat buyer on an email list is worth more than a million views.
The order that actually matters
If I had to start over from zero tomorrow, here's the sequence:
Build one character. Get it working. Prove it can make money.
Document exactly how you did every step.
Turn that documentation into a training course.
Hire one VA. Give them the course.
Once they're producing at your standard, hire the next one.
Use the freed-up time to launch character number two.
Repeat.
Most people try to skip to step 7. They hire before they have a system, and end up managing chaos instead of running a business.
The real bottleneck
It was never the tools. It was never even the content.
The bottleneck was always me. Every hour I spent editing a video was an hour I wasn't spending building the thing that removes me from the process.
The moment I stopped being the person who makes videos and became the person who builds the system that makes videos, everything changed.
That's the whole thing. Not a secret tool. Not a growth hack.
You don't scale a character. You scale a system.
If you want the complete system, from building your first character to the operations that scale it to seven, it's all inside AI Growth Lab.
