If you want Claude to grow traffic for your SaaS AND bring you signups, but:

↳ Your agent keeps writing AI slop.

↳ You publish every week and traffic stays flat.

↳ Backlinks, outreach and old-page updates never get done.

Then keep reading because i break down how 42 SaaS companies used Claude + **this one Skill to run the entire SEO 👈**

We gave Claude the full SEO job:

↳ Learn what the SaaS sells.

↳ Find keywords that can bring buyers.

↳ Plan the content calendar.

↳ Write the right page for each keyword.

↳ Add internal links.

↳ Publish to the website.

↳ Earn backlinks.

↳ Contact websites that already rank.

↳ Put the brand on third-party sites.

↳ Track what ChatGPT recommends.

↳ Read GSC and improve old pages.

The Skill keeps every job in one loop.

Each SaaS joined at a different stage. Some started with content. Others already had traffic and needed links, distribution or GSC updates.

This is the full playbook. 👇

1️⃣ They taught Claude how each SaaS makes money

Each company started by giving Claude the business before the keywords.

The Skill loaded:

↳ What the product does.

↳ Who pays for it.

↳ The problem it solves.

↳ The action that makes money: trial, demo, signup or purchase.

↳ Current plans and prices.

↳ Competitors.

↳ Existing pages.

↳ Brand voice and writing rules.

↳ The website and publishing settings.

It also read the site so it could see what had already been published.

This stopped Claude from writing the same generic SaaS article for every company.

A CRM for a five-person recruiting agency needs very different content from a CRM for a 2,000-person sales team.

The project brief stayed with the Skill, so the agent kept the same context for every job.

2️⃣ They checked the site and GSC before making more pages

Many SaaS sites already have pages Google almost likes.

The Skill checked Google Search Console for:

↳ Queries sitting around positions 5 to 20.

↳ Pages getting lots of impressions and very few clicks.

↳ Pages losing traffic.

↳ Old posts with outdated prices or product details.

↳ Two pages fighting for the same keyword.

↳ Pages that need better internal links.

A page sitting at position 11 with 5,000 impressions can be a much better job than another brand-new blog post.

Claude prepared the update, showed the old version and the new version, then waited for approval before it went live.

The company saw the change before it touched the site.

3️⃣ They picked keywords that bring traffic AND signups

Their SaaS keywords went into three simple buckets.

Buyer keywords

These people are close to choosing a product:

↳ [competitor] alternatives

↳ [your product] vs [competitor]

↳ best [category] software

↳ [product] pricing

↳ [software] for [type of buyer]

↳ [product] integrations

↳ [product] free trial

Problem keywords

These people have the problem your product solves:

↳ how to [do the job]

↳ [job] template

↳ [job] checklist

↳ [job] examples

↳ how to automate [job]

↳ [job] workflow

Traffic and link keywords

These bring more people into the site and can earn links:

↳ Industry stats.

↳ Original research.

↳ Definitions.

↳ Big guides.

↳ Trends.

↳ Benchmarks.

For a calendar with more than 30 pages, the Skill aimed for roughly:

↳ 30% traffic and link content.

↳ 40% problem content.

↳ 30% buyer content.

Then the buyer and comparison pages went out early.

Buyer pages catch people close to paying. Problem pages bring the right people earlier. Traffic and link pages bring reach, links and more paths into the site.

Every page now has a job: bring buyers, answer a real problem or earn links.

4️⃣ They gave every keyword the right page

Claude picked the page type before it started writing.

↳ An alternatives search needs a shortlist and real reasons to switch.

↳ An X-vs-Y search needs the same criteria applied to both products.

↳ A pricing search needs current plans, limits, add-ons and total cost examples.

↳ An integration search needs setup steps, screenshots and honest limits.

↳ A use-case search needs the exact workflow for that buyer.

↳ A template search needs a template people can actually use.

↳ A stats search needs original data and clear sources.

The answer became a comparison page, listicle, use-case page, integration page, template, guide, pricing update or original study.

Sometimes Claude found an old page that should be improved.

Sometimes the keyword was useless for the business and got removed from the calendar.

Every keyword got a page type or got cut.

5️⃣ They gave Claude proof so it stopped writing AI slop

One keyword and a 2,000-word request is how you get a long article that says nothing.

Before Claude wrote, they gave it:

↳ Current product prices.

↳ Real screenshots.

↳ Plan limits.

↳ Product docs.

↳ Competitor facts.

↳ GSC queries.

↳ Customer questions.

↳ Sales call objections.

↳ First-hand examples.

↳ Honest product limits.

Proof makes the page useful.

For a comparison page, Claude said where the competitor wins.

For a pricing page, it showed what a real customer could pay.

For a how-to, it gave steps somebody could follow that day.

The reader got something useful because Claude had real business context.

6️⃣ They connected every article and published it to the website

The Skill found useful pages already live on the same site and added them to the writing brief.

Every new page can:

↳ Link to the product page.

↳ Link to the correct trial or demo.

↳ Link to related articles.

↳ Avoid fighting another page for the same keyword.

Then it scheduled and sent the article to the website.

Distribb supports WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Ghost, Wix, Notion, GoHighLevel, Framer and a custom webhook.

The article stayed as a draft or went live based on the project settings.

On paid setups with the right social accounts connected, a live article also became social posts.

Every article lives in one calendar with a date, status and job.

Good content still needs links.

Inside the Distribb backlink exchange, the Skill found useful pages from other real businesses that fit the article.

The writer added one or two links when they made sense.

Giving a useful link earns a credit. That credit helps your site earn a relevant link from another real business.

Links arrive based on:

↳ Relevance.

↳ Available credits.

↳ The safe monthly pace for the site.

↳ Which sites are a good match.

This gave the agent a backlink job inside the same workflow it used to write and publish.

8️⃣ They pitched listicles that already rank

Your buyer searches best payroll software for startups.

A listicle already sits on page one.

It mentions three competitors and leaves your SaaS out.

The Link Outreach system then:

↳ Finds listicles ranking for your buyer keywords.

↳ Checks which ones mention competitors.

↳ Removes weak or spammy pages.

↳ Finds the author and verified contact details.

↳ Writes the first email.

↳ Writes two follow-ups.

↳ Prepares a LinkedIn message.

↳ Shows replies and quoted prices.

The author still decides if your company gets added. Some ask for money. You decide if the page and price are worth it.

On Accelerator, Distribb can send and follow up from warmed inboxes. Other paid plans get the research and drafts to send themselves.

Those pages already have buyers. One good placement can send traffic while your own pages climb.

9️⃣ They published useful content outside their own sites

Some people call this Parasite SEO.

The playbook took one useful idea and made a version for a third-party site where buyers already spend time.

The exact channels depend on the account. Distribb Accelerator can turn one useful idea into:

↳ Third-party articles.

↳ Q&A answers.

↳ LinkedIn articles.

↳ YouTube videos.

↳ Professional networks.

↳ Other places that Google and AI tools use as sources.

Each version should fit the website where it is published.

The goal is to:

↳ Put the brand in more places.

↳ Earn useful links and mentions.

↳ Give Google more proof.

↳ Give ChatGPT and other AI tools more pages that explain the product.

Your own website is one source. Buyers and AI tools read many sources before choosing a company.

🔟 They tracked what ChatGPT recommends

Google gives you a list of pages.

ChatGPT names products and shows some of the pages it used.

We saw this when we compared 10 Google buyer searches with 10 matching ChatGPT prompts:

↳ ChatGPT recommended 50 products.

↳ Only 9 of those 50 product domains appeared in the paired Google results.

↳ Only 2 of ChatGPT's 10 number-one choices had their official domain in Google's captured results.

↳ Only 5 of 20 visible ChatGPT source domains also appeared in Google for the same buying decision.

The Skill tracked buyer prompts across:

↳ ChatGPT.

↳ Perplexity.

↳ Gemini.

↳ Google AI Overviews.

↳ Google AI Mode.

For every prompt, it checked:

↳ Does the SaaS appear?

↳ Which competitors appear?

↳ Which pages get cited?

↳ Which third-party page should mention the company?

Those gaps became new content, outreach or distribution jobs.

1️⃣1️⃣ They let GSC tell Claude what to fix every week

Every week, the optimization system looks for:

↳ Pages around positions 5 to 20.

↳ High impressions with weak clicks.

↳ Traffic drops.

↳ Old pricing and features.

↳ Missing sections.

↳ Pages fighting for the same query.

Claude prepared a before-and-after change.

The company approved it.

Then the same URL got updated.

This keeps good pages alive and gives the content calendar a reason for every job.

1️⃣2️⃣ They repeated what brings trials and demos

Clicks are an early signal.

The business result can be:

↳ Free trials.

↳ Demo requests.

↳ Signups.

↳ Paid accounts.

↳ Sales calls.

They connected those results back to the keyword and page type.

If comparison pages bring demos, make more useful comparisons.

If a big stats page earns links, use those links to help the buyer pages.

If a topic brings traffic and zero signups, lower its priority.

The calendar gets smarter every month because it uses what happened on the site.
