how to get unlimited organic sales (CPA-model clipping)

the founders doing $300k to $500k in mrr through organic and viral channels are not smarter than you. they’re just paying for the result they actually want.

this guide is the full system for building a cpa-based creator network.

Article image — "my friends top-earners"

the idea started in a voice chat

four months ago i realized something.

i got on a call with my friend, who runs a $15-a-month fitness community that has generated $1,5m in revenue.

he told me about his genius funnel: people sell his community themselves and get 50% of the subscription revenue from each referral for the first year.

i launched a couple of pilots using the same model. here’s what happened:

we didn't invent a new format. we hijacked one that was already working.

we have a strong organic machine at UGC Ninja.

  • we generate hundreds of millions of views per month.
  • we work with tier 1 clients.
  • we have a large network of creators who understand viral marketing.

so instead of building something new, we launched private cpa-based campaigns with proven creators.

and it works.

but the payout model is the real sause here.

brands pay for everything except sales.

the WORST possible way to get sales is to pay for anything except sales.

an influencer or creator uploads the video. gets paid. moves on. you got some views.

you buy ads on Meta. people see the creative. click. disappear.

we started paying our creators for actions. we started with revenue share. here’s why that changed everything:

in classic clipping, a creator optimizes for views and generates around 1 install for every 20k–80k views.

in our test campaigns, a creator optimizes for target actions and generates 1 install for every 500–3k views.

same algorithm. same effort. 40x the return.

the first big challenge: creator motivation

the KEY metrics in this model are how quickly a creator earns their first dollar and how long they can keep earning with you.

these people work for performance-based pay, and most of them will not keep posting for weeks without making any money.

when we launched first tests, our creators made $0 in their first two weeks. we realized we couldn’t keep them on the project like that, so we started experimenting with payout models. here are the three best:

1. cpm + cpa

Article image

the best model when you're starting from zero and still looking for the formats that generate sales.

set the CPM at around 50% of the normal market rate, then add CPA for every purchase or target action. the CPM gives creators some compensation while they test. the CPA gives them a reason to care about what happens after the view.

give creators more freedom at this stage. let them test different accounts, formats, angles, offers, and entry points. you are still collecting data, so locking everyone into one system too early will only slow you down.

move to fixed fee + CPA once you know which formats and funnels consistently generate results.

2. fixed fee + cpa

Article image

the best model once you understand what works.

pay creators around $100 to $200 per account, then add CPA for every result they generate. the fixed fee covers the basic work required to run the account. the real upside still comes from sales.

agree on the output before they start. for example, 1 or 2 posts per day. if the creator doesn’t hit the agreed posting volume, they don’t receive the fixed fee.

creators now have less freedom than they did under CPM + CPA. you already know which formats work, so their job is to run the accounts consistently, follow the system, and publish new variations of proven formats.

move to pure CPA once creators can clearly see that the system generates money.

3. pure cpa

Article image

the most scalable payout model, but only when you already have proof or trust.

100% of the creator's earnings come from purchases or another target action. there is no CPM and no guaranteed fee. creators make money when the business makes money.

pure CPA works when your funnel actually works and creators can start earning within the first two weeks.

the main part of a $1 million creator network

my friend’s fitness community generated more than $1,5 million through an affiliate creator network. he told me the biggest shift came from the creator school. they invested heavily in teaching creators how to build accounts, get views, and generate sales.

when we added the school to our projects, numbers EXPLODED:

  • 30% more videos posted
  • 70% higher average views per video
  • 2x more purchases every week

with the same pool of creators and accounts.

so here is the ULTIMATE structure for the creator school we build for every project.

1. account setup course

Article image

teach creators:

  • how to create and warm up accounts for the target geo;
  • what to publish during the first days;
  • when and where to add links;
  • how to use comments, pinned stories, the link in bio, and dms;
  • how to evaluate an account using views, audience location, profile visits, clicks, and purchases;
  • when to keep working with an account, change the content, or start a new one;
  • what to do when an account gets restricted or blocked.

2. viral content course

Article image

show creators how to make content that gets reach.

give them a library of prerecorded footage, product demos, testimonials, b-roll, and clips. show them which formats work, how each format is structured, and how to use the materials to recreate it.

3. product course

show creators how to sell the product inside their videos.

explain who buys it, which pains and desires to use, how to demonstrate the product, which cta to use, when to use it, and where to send the viewer.

give them examples of creatives that generated purchases and break down how the product, offer, proof, cta, and entry point were used in each one.

4. improvement loop course

Article image

this is a key part of the CPA model. you need a properly built attribution system that clearly shows each creator where their purchases came from.

teach creators how to read views, clicks, leads, purchases, and earnings.

they should understand which video, account, and entry point generated the purchase. they should also know what to change when a video gets views but produces few clicks, or gets clicks but produces few purchases.

5. coaching process

Article image

split creators into groups of 10–30 people and assign one coach to each group.

the coach answers questions, reviews accounts and videos, helps creators get more views, improves their conversion, and tells them what to test next.

the coach’s main job is to make sure the creators in their group earn as much money as possible.

creators are becoming affiliates

99% of apps still treat creator marketing as a game of probability. they choose a channel, pour money into it, hope something converts.

the businesses winning right now are building systems.

> a valuable product with a working funnel + distribution network that reward sales, not just reach.

the PAYOUT MODEL is the main thing that changes the economics of creator marketing. and it works when the system behind it was built correctly.

at the last 4 month, we’ve already generated $200k+ in revenue for our clients through this model. it has delivered a better ROI than any other organic channel.

the window to build this kind of distribution advantage is still open.

but it's closing.
