How to Print With Direct Response TikTok Slideshows (FULL COURSE)

Direct response marketing is undeniably the highest paid, highest leveraged and most In demand skill that exists in 2026. It is the only skill you can build that essentially allows you to spawn money out the sky from $0
Pairing that skill with TikTok slideshows may be the most underrated combination right now
TikTok slideshows is the easiest and fastest distribution method that exists, it is also the most beginner friendly, making it perfect for any level. Whether you own your own product or are just beginning and want to use it to push traffic to affiliate offers to make your first $10k/month
The problem is why a lot of people get low views, no conversions, shadow bans, constantly wondering if it's suddenly "dead". The way everyone approaches slideshows is copy and spam because they think it's cheap low quality traffic so they treat it that way
When really TikTok slides should be treated as an opportunity to capture a lot of traffic quickly by using direct response tactics to further this reach and convert the traffic. Slides can convert very well but most people are posting the same basic hooks over and over brute forcing viral posts and expecting different results in conversion. So let me enlighten you on the opportunity of direct response slideshows and how to print with them
Heres how it works: TikTok slides around specific problem (acne for girls in early 20s ) -> Funnel to free community solving this problem -> Affiliate offer
In this article I'll be teaching you how to generate tons of traffic with direct response tactics using slideshows, how to build a funnel for your owned traffic (email, tele, community) and by the end of it all you will be able to do 4 things:
>Blow up TikTok accounts to millions of views no matter what warm up method you do
>Convert that traffic you are able to generate from the slideshows
>Build a distribution system you own that will print you money for a long long time
>Understand the basics of direct response marketing
Along with know exactly what offers to push and what steps to take first
Fundamentals of Direct Response
I only learned in the past 6 months that direct response marketing was not born with the internet, I used to think marketing before Facebook, Google and TikTok was all build boards, TV ads and yeh sure, some news paper and mail ads but, surely they didn't print right?
WRONG
Mail campaigns where you would literally receive letters through the post advertising something to you was the old age Facebook ads. When I learned this I got obsessed and starting researching all of the greats in that space
I learned about mailing campaigns that generated millions In only a few months. It made me realise "oh fast money has always been a thing" and these crazy stories you'd hear about a guy making going from $0 to $3 million in 26 months with genealogy product In the 1980s all with direct response mail campaigns
Stories about people becoming millionaires almost overnight didn't come from the internet it's always been a thing
Of all my research one story gave me the most knowledge and interested me the most
Gary F*ckin Halbert

A guy who revolutionised D.R copy, came up with frameworks the Facebook library is still victim to TO THIS DAY. The guy was a rockstar and would've been an absolute menace to meta if he were alive today
In this section of the article I'm going to be teaching you to become an elite D.R copywriter and make a ton of money from slideshows by telling you the insane tale of Gary Halbert, his frameworks and applying them to slideshows to give you the edge over everyone else who didn't do there research on this
Let me tell you who this guys is and his achievements. Hearing this story will no doubt teach you, inspire you, stop you doubting the power of learning this skill. I'll also tie in the lessons we learn in his story to TikTok slides along the way
- 7.3 million customers from mail campaigns
- $140 million in sales
- Took Tova Borgines cosmetic company from $20k/month to $800k/month
- First Guru course seller from mail (made millions from his newsletters)
This was just a few things Gary Halbert is known for
He didn't start off a master marketer or rich. He bounced between sales jobs and him and his wife would sit in a dark house with no electricity because Gary spent there money on testing mail campaigns. Its not like meta, you can stop spending after $20 and try again no this took weeks to get feedback and a huge upfront payment
But his obsession cracked it, he figured out there was 2 types of mail that would reach your door. Ones you opened and ads that would get tossed to the side. He called it an A pile and B pile
Him figuring this out changed everything
He figured if I make my mail ads not look like ads they'll end up in the A pile and actually get read
We can implement this right into running TikTok slides. if it looks like an ad people will swipe and the post will go no where, it's about blending into the FYP. Like your AI avatar is just another person giving knowledge
Another thing that is interesting is he figured out that if he stuck a penny to the top of the page that it would immediately catch there attention and that the letter would have a higher chance of being read
Classic pattern interrupt, Use this tactic in your slides the same way. Add something in the hook image you don't see, catches attention, creates curiosity etc.
All these hours of researching winning ad campaigns, testing mail orders, spending all his money led him to his offer that would make him millions of dollars in a matter of months
The "Coat of arms product" this was a personalised family name report company where you receive a report of your family history. The product is good but the marketing around it was genius
He was target people based on there last names and actually include that in the letters, saying "Mr Adams we have uncovered historical information about your family" and then charge a fee to get it
You should take this methodology and use it in TikTok's by personalising your account and your posts. Don't make TikTok's for everyone, make them for one specific person. for example "broke college girl who still has acne". This way your conversion is way higher. Its not about views but conversions
One big lesson you can take from Gary and this campaign is not his win but more his loss the first time around
He made a glossy, super good looking full magazine and barely even broke even on it
More polish, more products, more information does not equal more money. A TikTok slide wins because it is simple, clear, native, and focused on one idea / desire
He then went on and marketed a small book called "How to Collect From Social Security at Any Age" and made millions from it, the lessons here actually taught me a lot about marketing and how I had been using this strategy without even realising it
The book explained how to take advantage of and maximise social security benefits. The reason this did so well is because he sold what people already wanted

One of the most interesting ventures Gary had was how he took a cosmetic brand from struggling at $20k/month and in debt to $800k/month
Tova Borgnine approached him and she needed help with her cosmetic brand. One of the biggest products was some cactus based facial mask (IDK IDC) but they were marketing the ingredients, He took it and marketed it as "A Face Lift In a Jar" That alone blew It up because it framed it as a transformation piece . Lesson don't say "Best supplements to take for gym beginners" say "Supplements that will make you feel like your on steroids" its implying that your transformation will be boosted by taking these supplements. Another one is instead of "Best ways to lose fat fast" say "These 3 things made me drop fat around my belly without even trying"
You're probably thinking right now. "So he was just creative, but I'm not so how do I do it". He arguably was not creative. He just understood his audience so well that he knew exactly what they wanted to hear and what would make them read or buy
Gary believed that most of effective copy writing was done in the research. Researching the product and market deeply enough the angles + hooks write themselves. On one $50,000 project, Halbert said he spent five weeks figuring out what to say and only around two hours actually writing the ad. To him, finding the right facts, angle and “Big Idea” mattered far more than trying to make average ideas sound clever
I hope your following along with this and it's sparking a light in your brain
If that doesn't then this definitely will. Gary had a headline (hook) formula that has helped me generate millions and millions of views
He made the AIDA formula which is essentially:
ATTENTION ->INTEREST -> DESIRE -> ACTION
The attention part is the key, the difference between a slideshow that gets 500 views and one that gets a million is getting enough of that test audience to stop scrolling
He specifically used these patterns in his headlines the most (if you read my X you'll see I grew my account using the same things too)
- News: Something new, Scientific discovery, At last
- Promise a benefit: Tell them what they'll get from reading the slideshow
- Combine the news and benefit
- Use specificity (builds authority like you've done it): "How to lose 13 LB in 17 days"
- Warning hook: "Dont do _ Until you do _"
- Secrets
- Number list: "17 ways to _"
Theres a ton more but these are the best to gain attention
This is also where him attaching money to his letters came in too. It would automatically gain attention
So lets summarise all of this so you can picture it clearly:
- Blend into the feed: If it looks like an ad, people swipe. Make your slideshow feel like normal TikTok content
- **Use pattern interrupts:**Halbert used pennies and dollar bills to grab attention. Use unusual images, statements, or visuals on slide 1
- **Target one specific person:**Don’t make content for everyone. Speak directly to one avatar, problem, and desire
- **Relevance beats reach:**100,000 highly targeted views can be worth more than 1M random views. Optimize for conversions, not vanity metrics
- **Simple often beats polished:**Native, clear slides can outperform overproduced content. One idea. One desire. One CTA
- Sell what people already want: Don’t manufacture desire. Find an existing pain, fear, or ambition and position your offer around it
- Sell the transformation, not the ingredient:“Facelift in a jar” is stronger than talking about cactus extract. Sell the outcome people actually care about
- Research creates the hook: Deep product and audience research gives you angles naturally. Great hooks usually come from insight, not clever wording
- Find the Big Idea first: Spend more time deciding what to say than polishing how to say it
- Use AIDA: Attention → Interest → Desire → Action. Every slide should move the viewer one step closer to acting
- Slide 1 is everything: Your biggest job is stopping the scroll. If attention fails, nothing else gets seen
- Use proven headline patterns: News, benefits, specificity, warnings, secrets, numbers, and curiosity consistently grab attention
- Personalisation increases conversion: “For broke college girls struggling with acne” will usually hit harder than “How to clear acne.”
- One slideshow = one core desire: Don’t overload it with benefits, products, or ideas. Keep the message painfully simple
- Make every slide earn the next swipe: The goal of slide 1 is slide 2. The goal of slide 2 is slide 3. Keep curiosity moving forward
How to Monetise TikTok Slides
The best way to monetise TikTok slideshows if you don't already have a product is instead of wasting your time making your own product, researching what products to sell, making a landing page for it
Just sell someone else's product that has already done the hard work for you and take a percent
I've done this with Glitchy and with Whop:

Essentially what it comes down too is finding a product that solves a problem in a specific audiences life
We all have base desires but the best ones to hit are:
- Make more money
- Save more money
- Look better
- Be healthy or relieved of pain
Some good offers I've promoted in the past are
>Job offers (CPA where you get paid to per application)

Good for the make more money niche also super easy to go viral because everyone wants remote jobs
>Sweeps CPA offers: Always going to be goated
>Supplement offers
>MMO courses / communities on Whop
Now its all good to just push them with a basic CTA but doing this you will lose so much traffic
The best thing to do is to push them to an email newsletter, community or telegram (for MMO mostly) where you can further nurture the leads and make more conversions from the traffic you have brought in
Follow up and provide value through these emails and direct each email to an affiliate offer
not only do you get a higher conversion rate but you build an owned distribution system you can go onto make money off for years
