how to stack channels to $100m arr

this is the only time you’ll see all this sauce in one place.
the growth team that figured out how to run paid ads, an inhouse content machine, a ugc farm, influencers, affiliates, and weekly launches at the same time, feed every winning video back into meta, and turn 5-7 organic touch points into cheap last-touch conversions is not going to record a 4hr masterclass about it.
i will put it all in an article for you tho.
bookmark this right now. you’ll want to come back to it.

1. the founder losing money rn
picture a founder named jack.
jack runs an ai saas. self serve. no demo or sales calls. $20-30/mo to get in.
he even raised.
jack has 1 channel. meta ads.
he finds a winner, scales it, wait for it to keep printing.
two weeks later the winner is dead. cpa is through the roof. he needs a new winner and he has nobody else making creatives for him.
he’s not stupid. he’s average.
playing a single-channel game in a multi-channel world.
simultaneously, on the same feed, you see higgsfield EVERYWHERE. on tiktok it’s 10 of their ugc videos, on instagram and youtube it’s dozens influencer videos, on twitter it’s 5 launches per week.
by the time you finally convert. you’ve been touched 6, 7, 8+ times.
they’re spending $1m month on each channel individually.
to win big you need to stop thinking about channels as experiments and more like an infrastructure to build everything else around.
2. why you should stack channels asap
one channel is a bottleneck.
you can only find so many winners. targeting on meta is blank now besides geo & demographics. and winners only survive two weeks max.
anyone can do 0 to $10m arr with paid.
but i’ve never seen anyone do 0 to $100m with paid only.
so channel stacking is the fundamental unlock. when every channel prints content for the others, you can:
> feed meta a new winner before the last one dies
> reuse winning ugc and influencer videos as ads
> have omnipresence across platforms and viewers
> keep scaling budget with running out of creatives
so instead of 1 channel to $10m, you can have 6 channels to $100m.
the companies who do this are not playing the same game as the rest of you.
3. the channels crushing right now
not all channels play the same role. you need to identify strengths/weaknesses.
the 6 channels:
> paid ads
> inhouse content
> ugc farms
> influencers
> affiliates
> launches
this is quite literally the most goated playbook of all time.
the spenders:
paid ads. meta, google, tiktok.
budget deploys and brings cash back the fastest.
the printers:
inhouse content. ugc farm. influencers. product/feature launches.
inhouse, ugc, and influencers print creatives for paid. all of them create touch points.
the trackers:
affiliates. creators with a link who get paid to make you money.
it’s the closest thing organic has to real attribution.
what to avoid:
-
running meta alone past $10m
-
betting the farm on influencer roi
-
hiring ugc creators off a marketplace
-
reading affiliate numbers at face value
goal is to turn on paid first, then turn the others on as fast as budget allows.
if you raised a $5m seed, turn them all on at once.
4. how to turn on the machine
paid ads: meta, google, and tiktok. leave interests & behaviors blank. set geo & demographics. the creative tells meta who to target. the algo tests it, reads ctr & engagement, then scales the winner.
cost: majority of budget
inhouse content machine: your own creative engine shipping new concepts every week. then variations of whatever wins. hire creative strategists who did paid for mobile at scale.
cost: nothing except time + strategist salary
ugc farm: hire people who are good on camera. they should understand the short form algo and which hooks work. each creates a fresh account for your brand and posts 2 videos/day.
cost: $500-1k/mo flat fee + view bonus milestones
influencer marketing: creators bring trust & omnipresence and creatives for ads. rates went up hard so it’s harder to be roi positive on the organic content alone.
cost: last year we could get $5/cpm in tier 1 countries, yes it did 10x, market’s gonna crash at some point, still you have to play the game now.
affiliates: give creators a 15% link. track it with dub or rewardful. 2-3x conversions on the link bc people just type it in a new tab then multiply by ltv.
cost: 15% of what they bring in
product launches: every feature, use case, new product is a launch. ship these as much as you possibly can.
cost: minimum $30k budget for video + amplification
spark ads & whitelisting: turn the best creator posts into tiktok and meta ads that run under the creator’s name.
cost: ad spend of choice
this will give you a creative studio that ships 600+ videos a month.
5. the 30-day content workflow
day 1: recruit & brief
> hire non-camera shy creators
> have them create new branded accounts
> warm the accounts for 1 wk or so
> set the flat fee + view bonus
every day: production
> creators post twice a day
> review content daily
> download every video w/o watermark
every day: paid
> run winners as an ad on brand page
> let the algo pick the best ones
> find the next winners within 2 weeks
every week: inhouse
> ship new concepts
> cut variations of winners
> send them straight to paid
every week: coaching
> run weekly webinars on good content
> promote best creators to coach & manager
day 30: bonuses & spark
> pay out flat fees and bonuses
> take top performers and make them spark ads or whitelisting
> restart the cycle with bigger budget
6. commit implementation
don’t read this, agree with it, then wait to turn on a second channel.
current state of the market is the wild west.
ai roadmaps are squeezed. you can’t wait a quarter to ship anything. you have to be shipping smt 3x/week.
the companies i work with are adding millions of ARR every day.
nothing is slowing down for you.
start today:
**step 1: turn on paid
step 2: build an inhouse content machine
step 3: ship a shit ton of creatives
step 4: build a ugc farm
step 5: turn on influencers & affiliates
step 6: launch smt every week
step 7: feed paid
step 8: scale to $100m arr**
this is the playbook i’m running for clients & every big company is running rn.
