My Chief of SEO, Claude Fable 5

I wasn't supposed to publish this article.
But fuck it.
Here are the 6 steps I use to automate my entire SEO with Claude Fable 5.
(make sure to read the bonus step at the end)
I publish 3 SEO articles a day on my website.
I don't write them.
I don't pick the keywords.
I don't even open the CMS.
Claude does all of it.
And before you ask for result, yes it works.
I applied the exact same playbook for another website:
— "distribb.io Google Search Console"
Yesterday I gave Claude Fable 5 one job: Get my Podcast and Community to rank on Google and get recommended by AI.
Here's what it did on its own:
- Researched my niche and picked 2 keyword clusters worth fighting for ("best SaaS podcast" and "best SaaS mastermind")
- Checked the live SERPs, saw that every result was a listicle (Feedspot, Goodpods...), and changed the strategy by itself: publish our own roundups AND get listed on the existing ones
- Set up a content calendar: 3 articles a day at 9am, 3pm and 9pm
- Pulls transcripts from YouTube channels in my niche and turns them into founder stories that exist nowhere else in writing
- Internal-links every new article to the older ones
- Get Backlinks from real businesses (no PBN garbage)
- Publishes straight to my blog
An agency charges $2,000-5,000/month for less than this.
My setup took 10 minutes. Here's the exact process:
(if you're too lazy to read, just send this article to your agent and he will know exactly what to do. But click on the heart before leaving)
Step 1: Go to distribb.io/agentic (Free)
— "Distribb SEO agentic mode"
Distribb is an SEO platform built to be driven by AI agents.
Keyword research, publishing, backlink exchange, internal linking. One API, one skill.
You can either pick the free plan or go with the paid mode and get:
-
5+ High Quality backlinks/month
-
Access to our keyword and audit APIs (save $200/mo)
The Free plan is enough to follow the next steps:
Step 2: Install the CLI + skill on Claude
— "Distribb CLI and Agent Skill"
One command. It adds a "distribb" skill to Claude Code.
From that moment, Claude knows how to do SEO. You don't need to know anything about SEO yourself.
(stay focus on your product, automate distribution)
Step 3: Give it context about your business
Don't overthink this. I literally told it:
"I run the Profitable Founder Podcast, weekly interviews with bootstrapped SaaS founders making $100K to $10M/year. I also run a private mastermind for founders between $5K and $50K MRR."
That's it. The more real details, the better the keywords it picks.
Step 4: Give it your goal
What you sell. What you want to rank for.
Mine: "I want people searching for SaaS podcasts and SaaS communities to find me on Google and AI."
Step 5: Let the skill guide you
This is the part nobody gets until they try it.
You don't manage the process. The skill walks Claude through keyword research, SERP analysis, content strategy, writing, publishing.
When my keyword tool returned no data (it happens), Claude didn't stop. It analyzed the live Google results manually and estimated the volumes itself.
That's the difference between a prompt and an agent.
The only thing you have to do, is iterate on the writing style you want and make sure the 5-7 first article are exactly what you expected. Then:
Step 6: Watch your SEO run itself
— "Profitable Founder article - Best SaaS Podcast"
My blog went from 0 articles to a full content pipeline in one session.
3 articles a day. 21 a week. Internal linking handled. Backlinks accumulating.
I read my article in the morning with my coffee. That's my entire SEO job now.
BONUS: the "non-commodity" trick
This one is worth the whole article.
Google is drowning in AI content that all says the same thing. They call it commodity content, and they're burying it.
What ranks now is information gain: stuff that exists nowhere else.
So I gave Claude a few YouTube channels in my niche.
It pulls the transcripts, extracts the founder stories, the real numbers, the failures, and writes articles from them.
— "non-commodity SEO article"
A founder telling how he hit $75K/month on a podcast? That story isn't written anywhere on the internet. Until my blog publishes it.
Google sees an original source. Not commodity. That's exactly what they want to rank.
(but always add the original YouTube video in your content to cite the source).
If you're still doubting the quality of AI content, have a look at the first articles it published: https://www.profitablefounder.xyz/blog
And if you've been putting off SEO because it's slow, boring and expensive:
It's now none of those three.
Go to distribb.io/agentic, get free access, and give Claude your business.
Your SEO runs while you ship better features on your product.
