The Top 10 Skills of a Lifemaxxer

Now before we start, as much as we want to make this list as follows:
- Flirting with girls in europe
- Ability to travel europe year round
- Flirting with girls in europe
The list will be more like something that can guide you to be the Man with the top 3 listed above. Acquire these 10 skills and that will be your life.
Listen, engrave it in your mind and Lifemaxx.
10. Disconnecting: putting the phone down and actually be where you are.
This one sounds so simple and everyone and their dog knows how simple it is, yet… They don’t do it.
Did you know that average guy spends four hours a day on his phone. That’s average. So your screen time is probably two hours more than that. At four hours a day, that works out to 28 hours a week, then 1460 hours per week equals a full 61 days. That that sink in.
No wonder everyone thinks time goes by so quickly now because two months of every year your brain is more numb than Stephen Hawking’s legs. Two months every year wasted away on a screen, zero stories to tell.
Imagine you bring that down to 2 hours a day, you literally get a whole month back every year. It’s mind blowing. Imagine how many extra memories you would’ve made if there were 13 months in a year, it would be immense. That is essentially how it will feel when you disconnect from your phone.
With that knowledge above there is an argument for this to be number one on this list, the only reason it isn’t is because the skill itself is so stupidly simple you could literally acquire once you finish reading this very sentence.
If you struggle that much get a gizmo called BRICK, it’s brilliant, we use it. It block you from using any apps that will waste your precious time until you tap your phone on a brick again we have no affiliation with them but we highly recommend them as for £50, it has truly changed our lives.
9. Partying well: social stamina- be the energy without losing the plot most guys can’t do fun and in control at the same time.
No, this isn’t to say we don’t go wild. We go wild from time to time and have some hilarious memories that will stay with us forever and are frequently told at the bar. Tequila shots. More tequila shots. Trashing European towns. Hot girls. Messy walks home. Bar takeovers. More tequila shots. Questionable dancing. The rest we can share over a pint as they are not necessarily appropriate for this very article.
The thing is most of you get it wrong. You think it’s about drinking as much as possible or being the loudest at the bar. These people are constantly chasing the night hoping it never ends, a lifemaxxer owns the night. By 1:30 am, they are the mess everyone is avoiding, the lifemaxxer is the reason everyone is still out having a laugh. They stay just sober enough to remember every name and read the room, they even pulled a quiet ones into the fun.
The lifemaxxer is the reason the night was good, he wakes up with no regrets into crushing the day whilst others wake up full of guilt on opposite end of frequency.
Parting well as a lifemaxxer is parting with charisma, can you be the most fun whilst still being in control of the room?
8. Style and Class
You’re read before you say a word. Dress like the man you’re becoming, not the one you were.
Go for an evening or even a day out in any city and you’ll see horrific looking clothes covered in designer labels so people think they look good. This shows the abysmal state of intelligence in modern society, the extreme lack of class. You really don’t need much to get ahead.
I bet I can look better in one outfit for the same price as one man’s trainers that he thinks we’ll get him woman, they won’t. Clothes looking good on you is what will actually get you there.
Know what works on you and repeat it with conviction. Master a few basics such as buying clothes that fit your build.
7. Traveling solo & leaving a mark. Drop into a city where nobody knows you and make an impact anyway. Courage, adaptability, and presence in one move — your most distinctive pick.
There is a version of you that exists where nobody knows your name or knows who you are. You have no reputation to uphold and nobody to perform for. This is where you can find out who you really are and what you are really made of, most men will never find out out of fear. They travel with others or not at all, they have never woke up on a random friday morning and thought about taking the day and going somewhere they have never been before by themselves.
Every skill we are going through on this list is being forced onto you by travelling solo, you have to talk to strangers, read rooms, carry your own confidence into places you’ve not been before and where you know nobody.
You go somewhere nobody knows you and you prove you can build a world from scratch.
You build stories rather than a collection of photos and find comfort in a world that was once uncomfortable.
6. Storytelling: turn an ordinary night into something people retell. It’s how you go from pleasant to unforgettable. we have all met that guy on a night out had a nice chat with him and for yeah he’s a nice guy. But how far is a nice guy Get you? Nobody remembers a nice guy you hear this in conversations with girls people in business being too nice never gets you anywhere.
Nobody will ever remember exactly what you said however they will remember the story you told you could be the most intellectual guy in the room and yet you can leave and nobody will remember you were there. Most people think they need all the experiences in the world and the most extraordinary life ever in order to be just a mediocre storyteller. However, that is far from it. The skill is actually just taking a random Wednesday. I’m finding the moment in it, the turn, the tension, the punchline I’m telling it like it matters.
A good story always has some shape. Everything is running swimmingly and then something breaks and then another thing happens and then things never really get back to normal. It could be the most abysmal story but a good storyteller will have every head in the table so then and every single inch sentence by sentence.
5. Knowledge of Health
Sleep. Hormones. Metabolism. Nutrition.
The silent base layer- neglect it and every single skill above quietly degrades.
You end up being 1 of 2 people:
- Take Jonathon, he is always conscious of his health and ensures he has a lot of fun and makes the most of what life has to offer, but the minute that fun stops he is straight back on the grind without a second thought to ensure his body remains the temple he has built it into.
- Then you have Jackson, he is so obsessive over his health to the point his freinds don’t even invite him out and he wouldn’t go anyway because he is too busy trying to workout how to get a 100% sleep score. His whole personality is his health and he now misses out on all the fun, by the time he realises it will be way too late.
Don’t be like Jackson, you probably are becoming Jackson. STOP. Start becoming Jonathon.
You can’t keep treating your body like a car you only think about when it breaks down, you should be taking enough care of your body and your mind to it physically and mentally cannot breakdown- bulletproof baby, lightweight baby as Ronnie Coleman would say.
Keep it simple you just need to take care of a few essential levers and then let the body do it’s thing. Sleep, sunlight, movement and nutrition. Take care of these and everything will follow downstream, especially your confidence. You’ll walk into a room as the most confident guy without even knowing it, you just be yourself. You become exactly who you are and people are either gonna love it or hate it, either way it doesn’t bother you.
Nobody sees the discipline, they only see the energy that simply cannot be faked. It’s like a Rolls Royce engine that quietly runs under everything you are trying to become and my word does it run well.
4. Athleticism
Knowledge of Health is what keeps the engine running, Athleticism is what you actually do with it.
You can looked jacked but be more stiff than a VW beetle (the most anti-lifemaxxer car). People notice the minute you move if you are actually impressive or not and this is where the respect is earnt. You should be able to do other things other people simply cannot comprehend.
There is nothing that gives you confidence like a competitive athletic achievement because you have to be in an uncomfortable, nervous position in the first place and the buzz you get from achievement is like a drug, you then can’t stop chasing the next achievement, before you know it you are jacked, can sprint quicker than most in your age bracket and can lift heavier than them too.
People respect the physique but also the capability too that comes with it.
3. Talking to anyone
Turn a stranger into a conversation and then a conversation into a connection. You should be able to go absolutely anywhere in the world, be yourself, go into the local bar and start talking to people, they will either engage back or they won’t but just see where life takes you because you have no idea what opportunities could arise.
By having the skill of talking to anyone you erase one of the biggest overthinking culprits: the “what if”. What if I spoke to them and got that job, what if I spoke to her and she liked me.
All of that bullshit all of a sudden disappears, your life goes from what if into what is life going to reward me with today.
Charisma isn’t something you are born with, it is more an accumulation of how many uncomfortable situations and conversations you have been in. You are essentially adding up your conversation chips and then all of sudden you end up with glowing charisma.
Having the skill to talk to anyone means you can walk up to somebody you don’t know with nothing prepared and being genuinely curious about them. This could be the girl you’d usually be too scared to approach, the older guy at the bar who turns out to run half the city Or the stranger next to you who becomes a story later on.
Realistically most people will be relieved that you were the one to break the ice and not them, Every conversation you don’t start is a door you don’t open. Get good at this and the world just becomes a place of people you just haven’t met yet.
2. Confidence in any room
There is that old saying “don’t judge a book by it’s cover”. Well, unfortunately people do. Within the first 10 seconds of walking into a room before you’ve said a word, people have made a judgement on you.
Because of this most men walk into rooms anxious of what others will think of them. The quicker you can release yourself from caring what others think the better. This simple sentence below should do that for you.
Don’t care what they think, you don’t know them either. Life get’s better when you don’t care, simply be yourself and people will either love it or they won’t like it at all. Take Jeremy Clarkson for example, some people absolutely love him and others completely despise him and you know what? He has never changed him self for the people that hate him, he continued being Clarkson and you could say he has been fairly successful.
However, back onto judging a book by it’s cover. You really can tell within the first few seconds if someone belongs somewhere before they have said a word. The pace of his walk, the stillness of his hands and the composed aura which stops him from instantly scanning the room for approval.
Confidence in any room isn't the loudest guy or the one working hardest to be noticed; it's the man who's quietly certain he has a right to be there, and so everyone else assumes it too.
Acting this way takes the neediness away which most men have. The neediness for people to like them. Bro, trust me stay unique, stay unusual. It is rare and people respect and love you for it.
Walk in like you belong, and you will.
1. Keeping Your Word To Yourself
You won’t ever see this listed as number 1 because it is the least glamorous of them all but it is also the reason all of the above exist.
Keeping your word to yourself is doing exactly what you said you would do when nobody is there to see you do it. The 6am alarm with no one watching. The workout no one's counting. The promise you made to yourself in January that's easy to quietly let die in February. Most guys keep their word to everyone but themselves — they'd never flake on a friend, but they flake on the person in the mirror every single day, and then wonder why they don't trust their own decisions.
You learn there is a hidden cost for every time you break a promise to yourself, you learn that your word means less and less to you until it means nothing.and a man who can’t trust his own word can’t build anything.
