6 months ago I built an AI monk called Yang Mun.

No real face. No studio. No team. Just a generated character that talks about health, mindset, and life advice.

1. Your character needs to look different from a normal person.

This is the part everyone gets wrong. They start with tools and tech. Forget that. Start with what your character looks like.

A monk in orange robes. A rabbi in black and white. A shaikh in a thobe. A farmer in overalls.

These characters all went viral for the same reason. They don't look like everyone else in the feed. Your brain stops scrolling because something looks different.

Now add authority on top of that. A random guy in a t-shirt giving life advice? Nobody cares. A monk in a temple saying the exact same thing? People save it, share it, follow.

That's why I picked a monk. In the health and mindset space, monks have instant trust. And they look nothing like the 10,000 other talking heads on your feed.

Simple rule: if your character could blend into a crowd, pick again.

2. The script formula that got us 30 million views.

Most people think viral scripts need to be loud or controversial. Nah. The two things that actually work are empathy and solutions.

Empathy reframe:

You don't attack your audience. You make them feel like you get it. Then you redirect.

This exact script got us 24M views:

"If you're going to overthink… then overthink the positive."

That's literally it. No "you're doing it wrong." You meet them where they are and hand them a better version of what they're already doing.

Solution hook:

Give them the answer to something they're googling at 2am.

This one also got 6.5M views:

"How to fall asleep fast in two minutes even when your mind doesn't want you to."

Works because it's specific, it names the actual problem, and it promises a feeling not just information.

The formula is the same every time:

First 2 seconds: show them you understand their pain. No judgment.

Next 3 seconds: flip it into something positive, or promise a specific fix.

Next 20-40 seconds: teach ONE thing. Not five. One thing they can use tonight.

Last 3 seconds: tie it to who they want to become. "The calm ones aren't lucky. They just learned this first."

30 million views from two scripts. This isn't clickbait. It's compassion that converts.

3. Same voice every single time.

I use the exact same AI voice, same speed, same tone on every video. Never switch it.

Think about it. You'd never follow a podcast where the host sounded different every episode. Same thing here. Consistency builds trust. Trust builds followers. Followers buy products.

Most creators mess this up. They change voices, change energy, change style. And they wonder why nobody sticks around.

4. Post more than you think you should.

Content is maybe 40% of the game. Distribution is the rest.

Here's what I actually do:

I post the same video on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels. All at the same time. Not repurposed. Native upload to each one.

And I post 3 times a day per character. Not 3 per week. Three per DAY.

Everyone underestimates volume. It's the single biggest variable between people who make money with this and people who don't.

5. Digital products only. Nothing else.

Yang Mun makes money one way. Selling digital products. Guides, programs, toolkits.

No affiliate deals. No brand partnerships. No ads.

What happened month by month:

Pick a niche where trust matters. Health, finance, self development, education.

Pick a character that looks different AND carries authority.

One voice. Never switch.
