How I 5X’d My Apps Revenue in 30 Days with Claude ( EASY MODE)

👇For nearly 3 months, my app was stuck at around $10K per month.

At the time, I honestly believed we had hit our ceiling.

We were running Meta ads profitably, but we couldn’t break past that level. I tried launching UGC campaigns, Clipping campgains, and experimenting with several other growth strategies.

None of them performed well.

Then, in less than 30 days, everything changed.

This month, we’re on pace to generate approximately $60K in revenue at around 40% net margins, better margins than we had when we were doing only $10K per month.

Here’s everything we changed:

1. We aggressively tested our pricing

Our original pricing was:

  • $11.99/month
  • $34.99/year

For too long, we assumed that pricing structure was good enough.

Then we started A/B testing different prices, and something clicked.

After testing several variations, our best-performing structure became:

  • $8.99/week
  • $39.99/year

That combination produced our highest LTV per paying customer.

The change increased our average customer LTV by $1.25. That difference becomes massive when you’re acquiring hundreds or thousands of customers.

Don’t make the same mistake I did and assume you only need to test pricing once.

Your pricing should never be considered “finished.”

As your app reaches new audiences and expands into new marketing channels, the type of customer you acquire changes. A price that performs well with one audience may perform completely differently with another.

If you want to maximize revenue, you need to keep testing.

I also highly recommend testing a higher-priced weekly subscription like 8.99/week or like 9.99/week.

There are two major reasons:

First, it makes the yearly plan look like an absolute steal.

At $8.99 per week, a full year would cost more than $460. Placing that beside a $39.99 yearly option makes the annual plan feel like the obvious choice, pushing more customers toward higher upfront LTV.

Second, weekly renewals can be extremely powerful if your product has strong retention.

A customer who stays subscribed at $8.99 per week for three months generates roughly $117, nearly 3X the revenue of the $39.99 yearly plan.

Weekly pricing isn’t right for every app, but it is absolutely worth testing.

Pricing is one of the highest-leverage parts of your entire business.

You don’t know what your customers are willing to pay until you actually test it.

2. We doubled our creative output

Once we identified what was working, we stopped searching for some magical new growth strategy or some magical new Strategy.

For us, paid ads were already profitable, so instead of chasing another channel, we doubled our creative output.

One of the biggest mistakes I see founders make is abandoning a successful marketing channel too early.

They finally get Meta ads, UGC, TikTok slideshows, Apple Search Ads, influencers, or another channel working, and immediately start chasing the next opportunity.

Don’t do that.

Every app is different.

Some apps scale through UGC. Others perform better with Apple Search Ads, paid social, influencers, organic content, or TikTok slideshows.

Your job isn’t to copy whatever growth strategy is trending online or whatever someone on X says you should be doing.

Your job is to identify what works for your app, and then double the hell down on it.

For us, that meant producing twice as many paid-ad creatives.

Aswell we had @grok pull real conversations in our niche: replies under competitor ads, comment threads on viral fitness posts, the actual language people used to complain about their bodies or brag about results. Not "write me an ad hook" , closer to "pull the 20 most common phrases people use to describe wanting a six-pack, ranked by how often they show up." Then we fed our own winning ads back in and asked for new hooks in that same voice, plus what angle each one was hitting (pain, aspiration, social proof, urgency).

Visuals - ChatGPT Images generated the base creative, a still frame styled like real UGC, described down to the setting, the framing, the lighting, so it didn't read as generated. Seedance 2.5 then animated that still into a short clip, giving us motion without a real shoot.

Review - Every single one got a human pass before it touched a test budget. AI got us more variations, faster — it didn't get final say.

More output, same channel, zero new strategy.

3. We expanded from Meta to TikTok Ads

This was one of our biggest breakthroughs.

For a long time, I thought I had to choose one advertising platform, master it, and stick with it.

I was WRONG

We took the creatives that were already working on Meta and began testing them on TikTok.

Some of those same creatives performed nearly 5X better on TikTok. We’re currently maintaining around a 4X ROAS there consistently.

Don’t assume that because a creative performs poorly on one platform, the creative itself is bad.

Meta and TikTok have completely different audiences.

Meta generally reaches an older audience. TikTok generally reaches a younger audience. Depending on your app’s niche, offer, and creative style, one of those audiences may respond dramatically better than the other.

Run both.

Let the numbers tell you where your product resonates instead of deciding in advance.

4. We Started posting TikTok slideshows daily

TikTok slideshows are one of the most underrated marketing channels in the app industry. They're quick to create, inexpensive to test, and far less time-consuming than most other forms of content.

Before scripting anything, find the slideshows already going viral in your niche and copy the structure, not the content.

For us that meant searching

"six pack,"

"shredded abs,"

"lose belly fat fast"

and pulling every slideshows that already performed well. We weren't trying to be original, we were trying to be next. COPY WHAT ALREADY WORKS.

Here are some of the Worst performing Hooks for us:

" Best Abs workouts for you" - 1,400 views

" Abs are important for you... Heres Why " - 920 Views

And here are some of the best performing hooks for us:

" Heres excatly why you dont have visible abs " - 72,000 Views

" 5 best ways to get shredded for the summer " - 165,000 Views

The bets performing hooks give them a reason to stop and get them interested, resulting in more views. Hooks are so important.

The pattern was almost always the same for the format:

Hook → Value → Value → Value → Subtle CTA → Value

here is a CRACKED example I made for Cal AI

Slide 1 stops the scroll. Slides 2–4 deliver real, usable content, this is what earns the save. Slide 5 drops the CTA naturally, after value's already been given. Slide 6 closes on more value, not the pitch, so people don't swipe off right when they spot the ad.

Topics changed daily. The structure never did, which is the only reason we could tell what was actually working.

We didn't want to spend hours a day manually creating and publishing every post, so we handed the whole publishing step to Postiz.com connect it once, then just ask in plain English. Instead of a person opening TikTok every morning, we built a repeatable system: slides get made, Postiz gets asked to schedule them, and we check the calendar once a week.

Article image

The easiest way to do this is to connect Postiz directly to Claude. Go to Postiz on Claude and click connect

Once connected, Put the prompt similar to " Create a high-converting 6-slide TikTok slideshow for [APP NAME], an app that helps users [MAIN BENEFIT].

Slide 1: Write a curiosity-driven hook beginning with “5 reasons why…”

Slides 2–6: Give one specific, genuinely useful reason per slide.

Slide 4: Naturally mention [APP NAME] as a subtle solution and include a CTA to download it.

Keep every slide under 30 words. Use bold, easy-to-read text and engaging 9:16 visuals. Make it feel helpful and native to TikTok, not like an obvious advertisement. Then upload the slides to Postiz in order and prepare the slideshow for approval. "

Claude can generate the slideshow images, write the caption, and schedule the finished post to TikTok through Postiz from the same conversation. Its Overpowered.

Automation didn't make every slideshow a hit, but it let us test more hooks, topics, and formats without spending hours posting every day, and the winners generated organic attention and installs at almost no marginal cost.

To be completely honest, posting three or four slideshows a day probably won't magically add $20K in monthly revenue. But done correctly, it can realistically become an acquisition channel worth thousands per month - and with https://postiz.com running it takes as little as 10 minutes a week.

Build an organic content engine that runs alongside your paid ads, and automate as much of the repetitive work as you can.

4. We completely revamped the product

Acquisition can grow an app quickly, but the product determines whether that growth lasts.

We began listening more closely to what our customers actually wanted. We actually started to speak with our users daily and get feedback form them and any reccomendaitons.

Then we adapted the product around those signals.

We improved the experience, fixed weak points, and focused on giving users a stronger reason to keep paying.

A better product creates:

  • Higher retention
  • Lower churn
  • More renewals
  • Better reviews
  • More referrals
  • Higher customer LTV

You cannot advertise your way out of a weak product forever.

Ads create the initial growth. Product quality compounds it.

Constantly speak with your users. Study what they do- not only what they say, and keep improving the product around their real needs. This resulted in our churn decreasing meaning more renewals meaning more revenue.

5. We started raising the f*cking spend

This is where many founders sabotage themselves, and I did the same thing aswell

They find a profitable ad campaign, stare at it for days, and become terrified that increasing the budget will destroy its performance.

If a campaign consistently produces a ROAS above 1.5X - and that is profitable based on your margins, start scaling it.

Our approach was simple: increase the budget by approximately 20% every three days while the numbers remain healthy.

Don’t blindly triple your budget overnight, but stop treating every profitable campaign like it’s too fragile to touch.

Scale it gradually and monitor the data.

To be completely honest, we primarily focus on three numbers:

  • CAC
  • ROAS
  • Customer LTV

If those metrics remain profitable, we continue increasing the budget.

At some point, you have to trust the data and put more money behind what’s already working.

You cannot reach $60K per month while spending like you’re still protecting a $10K-per-month business.

6. We switched to faster payouts

Every app founder scaling aggressively  should seriously consider faster payouts.

Apple’s standard payout schedule sucks, especially when you don’t have a massive amount of capital available ( They payout like 60 days after the month)

You can generate thousands of dollars in revenue but still be unable to reinvest it for weeks. That delay makes scaling unnecessarily difficult.

Switching to daily payouts completely changed our cash flow.

Article image

Instead of waiting for Apple’s standard payment cycle, we could access our revenue sooner and reinvest it directly into the paid campaigns that were already working.

That allowed us to scale much, much faster.

Honestly, without faster payouts, we would probably still be stuck at around $15K per month.

Daily payouts created a much stronger growth loop:

More ad spend → more customers → faster cash flow → more money to reinvest → more growth

If paid acquisition is your primary growth channel, cash-flow speed matters almost as much as profitability.

7. I detached myself from the daily outcome

This may sound corny, but the law of detachment is real.

When you’re constantly refreshing RevenueCat, checking every subscription, and allowing each good or bad day to control your emotions, you begin making terrible short-term decisions.

You panic when revenue drops.

You become overconfident when it rises.

You change campaigns too quickly, interrupt good tests, and obsess over numbers that naturally fluctuate.

I had to stop tying my emotional state to that day’s revenue.

That doesn’t mean ignoring the business. It means focusing on the inputs I can control

Stop obsessing over whether today was up or down.

Keep improving the inputs long enough, and eventually the output changes.

The biggest lesson

We didn’t grow from $10K to a $60K monthly pace because of one secret strategy.

It happened because we improved every major part of the business at the same time:

  • We A/B tested our pricing until we found the highest-LTV offer.
  • We doubled our creative output.
  • We expanded from Meta into TikTok ads.
  • We automated TikTok slideshows using https://postiz.com
  • We rebuilt the product around customer feedback.
  • We increased our advertising spend once the numbers proved it was working.
  • We improved our cash flow with RevenueCat daily payouts.
  • We stopped obsessing over daily fluctuations and focused on the inputs we could control.

The biggest mistake I made was believing $10K per month was our ceiling.

It wasn’t our ceiling. Our existing strategy had simply reached its limit.

If your app feels stuck, don’t immediately assume the market is too small or the product cannot grow. Test your pricing, increase your creative volume, try new acquisition channels, improve the product, and reinvest aggressively when the numbers make sense.

One change might not transform the business.

But several high-leverage improvements working together can change everything incredibly quickly.

We spent almost two months stuck at $10K per month.

Less than 30 days later, we were on pace for $60K—with better margins than before.

Your current level may not be your limit.

It might only be the limit of what you’re currently doing.
